A Bankruptcy Court judge ruled Friday that regional air carrier Comair can negate its contract with the union representing its flight attendants. The attendants, represented by the Teamsters Local 513, have authorized a strike if the contract is thrown out. Comair said in a press release that the decision doesn't immediately change the existing contract. .
