LONDON, July 17 (UPI) -- Heather McCartney is a devastated wreck now that she isn't in control of her and Paul McCartney's divorce, Britain's Daily Mail said Monday. When the divorce was initiated, it seemed that Paul was devastated and Heather was set to walk away with his money, but now he seems to be dictating every detail of their breakup, the Daily Mail said. This is shown best by the estranged couples living arrangements, the newspaper said. Paul is staying at his country estate with his daughter and Heather is only allowed to be around when he is out of town. Heather lives in her beach front home in Hove when Paul is home. Paul is believed to have hired divorce lawyer, Fiona Shackleton, who represented Prince Charles in his 1996 divorce from Diana.
