Despite the renewed commitment to poverty reduction as the core of Narcs development discourses and policies, progress to this end looks unsustainable. It is for this reason that the prime cause of Africas problems is political leadership, holding to no principle, idea or value system that endures, but only on ephemeral platforms, and the minute we clean it, the better for our country.
