RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas Lawyers for an Air Force Academy graduate charged with rape say his right to a fair trial has been compromised and want the charge dropped. The court-martial of Captain Joseph Harding was postponed last year because an order for his accuser's medical records hadn't been enforced. The trial resumed today at Randolph Air Force Base but a civilian therapist for Harding's accuser still wouldn't hand over the records of their sessions. The judge today ordered prosecutors to find out who in the government hasn't enforced his order to get the records. Harding is accused of raping Jessica Brakey at the Colorado academy in 2000. The case against Harding grew out of the academy's 2003 assault scandal, which prompted several investigations and toppled the school's top commanders.
