WEST PALM BEACH — Ten well-credentialed people with backgrounds in law, academia and public service have been tapped by Mayor Lois Frankel to examine city ethics laws. The task force will review the codes of state and local governments, compare them with the practices of West Palm Beach employees, public officials and contractors, and recommend changes to city laws, if needed. Its first meeting will be July 27 and its work is expected to last a few months. .
