KC's largest law firm will close OP office

Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP will close its Corporate Woods office by year's end and transfer the site's 16 lawyers and 29 support employees to the firm's Crown Center location. The firm, which ranks No. 1 on the Kansas City Business Journal's list of area law firms, opened the Corporate Woods office in Overland Park in 1982, spokesman Arthur Menke said Friday. .
