The Common Pleas Court, with 16 judges, hears felony criminal cases and civil cases of general jurisdiction. Juvenile, Probate and Domestic Relations judges are specialized Common Pleas judges. At the top is the Court of Appeals, with six judges. It reviews the work of all other courts, and can affirm or reverse decisions of those courts. .
