John Karr's first Colorado court appearance today is expected to be a short one. It may only last a few minutes. The man who says he was with JonBenet Ramsey when she died ten years ago met yesterday with his two lawyers. One is a deputy public defender, the other a retired public defender. Seth Temin and Steve Jacobson weren't talking to reporters after the meeting. Jacobson is considered a DNA specialist, and DNA could be one of the major issues should Karr go to trial. Temin already has challenged any DNA that may have been taken from Karr as illegally obtained. Prosecutors have said in court papers they have evidence about the Ramsey case that has not been disclosed publicly. ? Photo Copyright Getty Images ?©2006 Associated Press.
