DENVER — Sixteen women's and civil rights groups filed court papers Friday bolstering an effort to revive a lawsuit by two women who said they were sexually assaulted by University of Colorado football players or recruits. The organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union and the NAACP, asked the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse U.S. District Judge Robert Blackburn's dismissal of the suit. .
