NEW PORT RICHEY - Three lawyers with divergent backgrounds are seeking one of two new Pasco County judgeships created by the state Legislature in response to rapid growth. The most experienced of the three, Bruce E. Przepis, has a law enforcement background, and the youngest, Frances Werner-Watkins, is a former prosecutor. Rounding out the field is Anne Wansboro, a board-certified trial lawyer who has spent the bulk of her career as an assistant public defender. If none of the three candidates wins more than 50 percent of the vote in the Sept. 5 primary, the two top vote-getters will square off in the November general election. Anne Wansboro Born in Washington, D.C., Wansboro grew up in Miami after her father was posted there to study hurricanes for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
