BUSHNELL -- Lawyer Michelle Morley and Groveland lawyer Scott Wynn are competing to replace Circuit Judge Raymond T. Mcneal, who will retire from the bench in January. Each candidate faces a unique issue on the campaign trail leading up to the Sept. 5 primary.
