DENVER (AP) -- Lawyers for a woman who alleges she was raped by University of Colorado football players or recruits in 2001 have filed an appeal of a federal judge's dismissal of her lawsuit against the school. Lisa Simpson, who has agreed to have her name used in media reports, was a CU student when she alleges she was raped at a party. Her lawsuit alleged that CU violated federal Title IX law by fostering an atmosphere that led to the attack. .
