Shannon DeRouselle has joined the Siavage Law Group, LLC as an Associate practicing in the area of general corporate counseling including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Prior to joining the Firm, Shannon was the co-manager of and counsel to a real estate investment company in Miami, Florida. He also spent three years practicing corporate law as an Associate in a large New York City Law firm. Shannon holds a JD from New York University School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change. He also holds a dual BA from Yale University. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida and his admission to the Georgia Bar is pending.
