(AGI) - Rome, 26 June - "Such a strike runs the risk of appearing an 'emulative' act, useless for the promoters and damaging to others, only offering an unexpected stamp on a law of judicial order about which lawyers in the past have reserved much criticism". The president and secretary of the National Association of Magistrates (ANM) Giuseppe Gennaro and Nello Rossi commented on the strike called for tomorrow by the Union of Penal Chambers which is abstaining from hearings to protest against the government bill destined to suspend the efficiency of several decrees of the reform of the judicial order and to earn the short amount of time necessary to meditate on and correct regulations that will have serious negative effect on the judicial organisation and functioning of justice in our country".
