SANTA ANA - A bail bondsman arrested in Florida on charges he conspired with an Irvine attorney in a kickback scheme will return to Orange County in about two weeks, a prosecutor said Wednesday.Alejandro de Jesus Cruz, 33, was found by district attorney investigators in Miami and arrested yesterday. He is due to appear before a judge Wednesday in a Dade County courthouse, where a date for his first Orange County appearance will be set, said Senior Deputy District Attorney Ebrahim Baytieh said. A grand jury indicted Cruz on Oct. 5, along with Jorge Andres Castro, 30, of Aliso Viejo, and high-profile attorney Joseph Cavallo, 50. .
