Two Altoona pawn shop dealers operated similar schemes to use drug addicts to steal from western Pennsylvania stores, items then sold on eBay, state Attorney General Tom Corbett said today. Michael Daniel Friedenberger, 37, of Altoona, the owner of Best Buys and Brian Patrick Wyland, 33, of Altoona, the owner of Crazy Hazy's, were arrested Tuesday.
