(Greenwich-AP, July 25, 2006 5:50 PM) _ The widow of a slain developer has applied for an allowance of nine thousand dollars a month from his estate. Andrew Kissel was found slain in his home on April Third, days before he was expected to plead guilty in federal court to massive real estate fraud. No one has been charged with his killing. Hayley Kissel filed for divorce in March 2005, but the case still is not settled. Her lawyer says she is the beneficiary of Kissel's will but expects problems settling the claims of many of her estranged husband's creditors. Hayley Kissel filed the application last week for an allowance in Greenwich Probate Court. A telephone message was left today for the lawyer handling her application.
