The real wealth of any country to boom, achieve development and success is through the development of the human resources, Chairman of the Institute for Private Education and Training Company Suleiman Al-Mutawa said here Friday. Following his participation in a workshop entitiled "Education and Vocational Training" during the Ninth German-Arab Business Forum, Al-Mutawa stressed to KUNA the improtance of focusing on vocational training and human resources in Kuwait as they are considered the main factors for achieving the development process in all fields. He added that human resource is the best field of investment, especially that its outcome is linked to the development of the all sectors, such as the political, economic and cultural ones. He indicated that during the workshop he focused on the educational levels in Kuwait, the role of the private universities that recently opened in Kuwait, which proved the success of the education in them through the use of technology and other modern educational means.
