The six-year, on-and-off marriage between 90-year-old socialite Louise Hearin and a convicted sex offender half her age officially ended again Monday afternoon with a judge's signature. It was the third time Hearin had sought a legal split from Fred "Hollywood" Barkley, 44, to whom she was first linked in 2000, shortly after he pleaded guilty to enticing a 14-year-old boy for sex, according to reports. Hearin, the ex-wife of the late William J. Hearin, who was former chairman of the board of the Mobile Register, now the Press-Register, filed the most recent request in June, citing "an irretrievable breakdown" in their marriage.
