Administrative & Governmental Lawyers: Administrative law is the body of law that governs the activities of administrative agencies of government. Many states continue to offer a separation agreement or decree, under which the right to cohabitation is terminated but the marriage is not dissolved and the marital status of the parties is unaltered.
