As an Assistant State\'s Attorney for four years, I prosecuted all types of criminal offenses. I litigated cases such as driving under the influence of alchohol,criminal trespass, domestic violence, violations of order of protection, and minors in posession of alcohol. As a defense attorney, I have continued to litigate these types of cases successfully.

My experience litigating as a prosecutor has benefitted me in my ability to litigate successully in the areas of family law, landlord/tenant law, and probate. My practice areas include divorce, legal separation, parentage, child support, custody, guardianship, adoption, landlord/tenant issues, and orders of protection.

I am a member of the Lake County Bar Association and Association of Woman Attorneys of Lake County where I previously acted as a board member and Treasurer.

Although my office is in Waukegan, I practice in Lake, Cook and McHenry counties.
